3A 2007 Alfa 1

After waiting for a long long time, finally the alfa version for 3A 2007 was released this afternoon. For those who interested (including OI, Payroll and ACCESS team), they can download and test it from our source server. Since it is only alfa version, still not very fully compatible with Vista environment. Anyway, all feedbacks are welcome in this stage.
